 Fitness Evaluation
Please Review the Following for Preparation:
- Wear exercise clothes and sneakers.
- Drink 8-10 glasses of water throughout the 24 hours proceeding the evaluation.
- Do not eat a heavy meal or consume caffeine within 3 hours prior to the test.
- Do not drink alcoholic beverages 24 hours prior to the test.
- Refrain from exercising 12 hours prior to the evaluation.
