Tell us when and where youll work out. Give us an idea of what times are most convenient for you. We can exercise at your home or office. We will assess your cardiovascular condition; strength, flexibility and we will measure your body fat and girth. All of this information provides a baseline against which we can measure your progress.
You will receive an information package that reviews the major components of fitness and provides a thorough explanation of tests, including national standards for result comparisons.
