    Breakfast:

    French cinnamon crepe stuffed with light mascarpone and ricotta cheese with fresh berry compote
    Baby spinach, vine ripened tomato, and light goat cheese frittata
    Light & savory vegetable egg strata topped with light cheeses
    Whole wheat French toast served with a side of sugar-free blueberry compote, and a side of homemade turkey sausage links
    Fresh strawberry blintz with imported light mascarpone & ricotta cheese and fresh berry compote

    Lunch:

    Curried chicken sate served with a side of Thai peanut dipping sauce and Middle Eastern couscous salad.
    Signature salad served with fresh baby greens, grilled chicken, feta cheese, dried cranberries and apricots, hazelnuts and served with light raspberry vinaigrette
    Mediterranean Turkey breast wrap w/crisp romaine & roasted red peppers, light Italian vinaigrette & apple
    Chicken Caesar salad w/ light dressing and homemade whole-grain croutons
    Seasoned flank steak salad with homemade whole-grain croutons & red pepper vinaigrette

    Dinners:

    Grilled Asian glazed salmon fillet brushed with Szechwan sauce, garnished with orange zest and served with steamed Asian style green beans.
    Oven-roasted herb crusted turkey breast served honey cumin glazed carrots
    Pan-seared crusted crab cakes topped with mango relish and wild rice pilaf
    Moroccan Chicken Breast topped with tangy mango chutney and served with vegetable
    Miso pork tenderloin served with grilled asparagus.
    Asian Salmon Fillet w/ Ponzu Glaze & Steamed Snow Peas
    Whole Stuffed Red Bell Pepper with chickpeas, sundried tomatoes and oven-roasted turkey breast

    Snacks:

    Protein fortified fresh blueberry Zone muffin
