Before
you start your personal training program it is important you have the
right attitude.
Personal Training is educational as well as physical. The following points
will help you get the most from your experience.
- Personal
training is what you make it.
What you put into your fitness program is what you will get out.
- Have
a positive attitude.
Attitude is a little thing that makes a big difference. It can overcome
even the highest of obstacles.
- We
do not perform magic.
There is no magic to achieving your fitness goals. It comes from a dedicated
effort and patience.
- Do
not compare yourself to others.
Personal training is personal. No two bodies are alike or respond the
same to exercise. Understand your genetic makeup, and appreciate it,
by practicing a healthy lifestyle.
- Have
fun.
Exercise should be fun. Today, there are so many different ways to workout.
Find something that is enjoyable to you and staying in shape will be
fun.
- Take
advantage of your personal trainer but do not take advantage.
Ask questions, give feedback and communicate with us so we can serve
you better.
Nevertheless, please follow the guidelines printed in your contract.
- Understand
all the benefits of good health.
Besides your appearance! fitness lowers stress, helps you relax, increases
your energy, increases your strength, endurance, flexibility and cardiovascular
abilities, helps you overcome addictions (smoking and drinking), and
prevents you from developing medical problems.
