Personal Fitness Evaluation:
This hour-long assessment includes:
  • Individual body fat analysis
  • Girth measurements, cardiovascular fitness, muscle strength and flexibility
  • Guidelines for realistic goal setting
  • Safe and effective exercise planning
  • A comprehensive packet reviewing major components of physical fitness
Personal Nutrition Program:
We can answer the 3 big questions when it comes to weight loss:
  • What’s my metabolic rate?
  • How many calories can I consume and still lose weight?
  • On what day will I reach my goal?
In the course of 1 session we can answer the above question and develop a personalized nutrition program based on sound and safe eating habits.  Good nutrition is central to everything we do in life, whether it’s getting fit, working or playing. This program will put your employees on the right path to wellness.
Personal Training
Personal Training:
Once we have the fitness evaluation, we develop a fitness and nutrition program tailored to meet specific needs. This program is more effective with a personal trainer. When your employees have the undivided attention of a fitness professional, they’ll make significant gains with decreased risk of injury.
Personal Training Includes:
  • All aerobic activities
  • Boxing, in-line skating
  • Weight training
  • Stretching exercises
