Smoking Cessation:
Statistics show that one employee that quits smoking saves the company at least $750 per year in health care costs. Studies show that support groups are essential to kicking the habit. We work with groups of 6 to 12 once a week during lunch hour, providing interactive activities, guest speakers and a forum for mutual support at your facilities. This is a 4-8 week program.

Stress costs employers $500 a year in health care costs. It takes a severe toll on the body and the brain unless it is properly managed. We meet with groups of 8-12 people at your facilities during lunch hour, training them in stress management techniques that are proven effective. This is a 6 week program.

Weight Loss:
Overweight employees cost their companies $700 a year in health care costs. That’s why you need our dynamic, interactive program that targets heart disease and certain cancer risks—weight-related health issues that have monumental implications for your employees and your company. Our 6 week program is packed with practical skills, easy-to-follow recipes, supportive charts and tips on balancing healthy eating with happy eating. We recommend a class size of 8-12 participants.
