Marie McHale
Marie has been actively involved in the fitness industry for the past 17 years. As an ACE certified personal trainer and aerobics instructor she sees a variety of clients in home and at fitness centers.
Marie achieved a Bachelor of Arts degree from York College of Pennsylvania in 1982. She has earned a specialty in stability ball training, and is a C.O.R.E. Team Instructor recognized for "Competency on Resist-a-Ball Education".
Marie has the ability to enhance the functional capacity of all individuals from the student athlete to the less conditioned senior. by integrating the most current principles of exercise science, sports medicine and applied human nutrition, Marie is able to guide her clients to reach their goals and lead a healthier lifestyle.
